Getting Started

How does Blue Bees work?

You pick a monthly package, add your cars and home address, and choose your preferred wash days. Our team comes to your location on schedule and washes your cars while you go about your day.

Where do you operate?

We currently serve all neighborhoods in Salalah, Sultanate of Oman. Plans for expansion to nearby cities are in the works.

How quickly can I get my first wash?

Once you subscribe, your first wash is typically scheduled within 2-3 days based on availability and your preferred days.

Packages & Pricing

What's included in each package?

All packages include exterior wash, interior vacuum, and eco-friendly products. Standard adds tire shine; Premium adds full wax & polish and priority scheduling. Check our comparison table for full details.

Can I change my package later?

Yes — you can upgrade or downgrade anytime through your customer portal. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.

Can I cancel anytime?

Absolutely. There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel from your portal at any time, and your subscription stays active until the end of the current month.

Scheduling

What days do you operate?

We work Saturday through Thursday, 8 AM to 6 PM. Friday is our day off.

Can I reschedule a wash?

Yes. You can reschedule a wash from your customer portal up to 12 hours before the scheduled time, subject to availability.

What if it rains on my wash day?

We'll reach out to reschedule. You won't lose the wash — it'll be moved to another day at no extra cost.

Service Details

Do I need to be home during the wash?

Not at all. As long as we have access to a water source (or we can use our portable supply), our team can work independently. You'll get notifications and photo proof.

Do you provide water and electricity?

We carry our own portable water and use battery-powered equipment. If outdoor water and a power outlet are available, even better.

Are your products safe for my car's paint?

Yes. All our products are pH-balanced, biodegradable, and tested specifically for automotive paint and finishes.

Payment

How do I pay?

We use Thawani — Oman's secure payment gateway. You can pay with debit/credit card, and your payment details are encrypted and protected.

When am I charged?

You're charged when you subscribe, and then automatically on the same day each following month for as long as your subscription is active.

Do you offer refunds?

If you're not satisfied with a wash, contact us within 24 hours and we'll redo it or credit your account. See our Terms of Service for full details.

Other Questions

What's the QR sticker for?

Each subscribed car gets a unique QR sticker. Our technicians scan it before and after the wash to verify they're at the right car and to log the service.

What if I add a new car mid-subscription?

If your package allows more cars than you currently registered, you can add cars from your portal anytime. Otherwise, upgrade to a higher package.
